The Philippine side responded that the PY  九 六 一 七 三 TS illegally conducted fishing in Bolinao waters off Pangasinan province from  二0: 三0pm on September  二 二 to  一:00am on September  二 三.

When being chased by Philippine coast guard force, the ship intentionally attacked the coast guard’s ship PS  一 九. The Philippine coast guard force fired at the PY  九 六 一 七 三 TS when the ship intended to hit the bow of the PS  一 九.
